Priceline Hotel: 5* London (Mayfair-Soho) Grosvenor House JW Marriott

Hello-I have tried bidding on Priceline (for one week now) with the re-bid zone strategies for the Mayfair/Soho area, 5 star level.

I have had no luck with bidding up to $160/night .

I was offered an "instant price" of $184/night.

I noticed that recently, bids were accepted around $128/night.

Should I keep trying? Do you think that there is any possibility of success for under $180/night at this point in time?

I just "won" a bid of $166 per night for June 17-20, 2010 at the JW Marriott in London.

Thought I would share this successful reservation.

(I was hoping to get the rate of $128/nite that someone else had posted, but

am happy with what I was able to reserve!)
