I am headed back for my annual San Francisco trip, and hoped to get the hotel from last year, which turned out to be a three star. After toying around with the four stars briefly, I just aimed at the three stars in USW-Nob Hill and put in what I thought was a really low bid... and got accepted on the first try! It wasn't the hotel I got last year but the one I got two years ago - The Warwick San Francisco. A boutique hotel with very fancy, lush little rooms. Got two rooms for my group, and a lot cheaper this year!

When I get a bid accepted on the first try, it tells me I might not have been cheap enough! Hahahaha! But maybe the bid really is the lowest that would be accepted, and I just saved myself some nerves and crossed fingers.
