XT600 Posted January 25, 2010 Report Posted January 25, 2010 also remember when bidding for MUC and Munich that 4* Moevenpick MUC Airport lowest rate is 49 EUR/night (ca. 70 USD)
T_Chicago Posted January 25, 2010 Report Posted January 25, 2010 Do you have any advice on where to stay in Munich for general tourist stuff..... and beer? City Centre North or South? Is one better than the other?
MUCBear Posted January 26, 2010 Report Posted January 26, 2010 Do you have any advice on where to stay in Munich for general tourist stuff..... and beer? City Centre North or South? Is one better than the other? Both aereas are OK. 5* Westin Grand Munchen Arabella Park Hotel4* Marriott4* Renaissance Hotelare a little bid off the beaten track, but have convienient subway connections.whereas4* Holiday Inn City Center3* Courtyard Munich3* Derag Hotel Max Emanuel3* Kings Center Hotelare within walking distance to the center.
T_Chicago Posted January 27, 2010 Report Posted January 27, 2010 So from the looks of it, City Centre South would be a better option if we prefer walking?
XT600 Posted January 29, 2010 Report Posted January 29, 2010 good luck! A friend also wanted to have get the courtyard but got the "Leonardo Hotel & Residence Munich" which is definetley not bad!
XT600 Posted February 10, 2010 Report Posted February 10, 2010 Renaissance & Marriott Munich is quite off-track as well but U-Bahn very close!
