This listing has not yet been reported to the board/ID'd. My guess would be that this may be the Hyatt Regency, which was previously at the 3.5* level with the service. While this would not guarantee the Hyatt, I'm seeing a tripadvisor rating of 3.5/5 with 280+ reviews on the detail page for this listing and the Hyatt DC has 3.5/5 w/288 reviews.
