The Holiday Inn Mart Plaza or Four Points Mag Mile would be the possibilities, although I'd guess this is the HI, given the tripadvisor rating showing on the detail page.

Personally, I would rather recommend bidding $77 for a 4* in the River North/NMA area on PRICELINE in an attempt to see if a higher rated hotel will accept for these dates. The HI Mart is a fine Holiday Inn property, but it's not centrally located over in the West Loop - and I'd rather recommend taking chances on a 4* in the River North/NMA area for $77 first before accepting this 3*.
