liverace Posted January 17, 2010 Report Posted January 17, 2010 When bidding on a 4star hotel and arriving at hotel and getting put in different quality section of same hotel,, how does one go about complaining,..I did this for a hotel in Atlantic City(the Chelsea) won the bid for $65 for their advertised 4* room and was given a room in their "annex" section of the hotel which at best was a 2* room , when I complained they told me all they had to provide me was room at their hotel. After telling this story to some people the term I kept hearing was that I got "Pricelined", is this a common practice?
