I have never stayed here before. I noticed it was previously a 3* hotel several years ago, was it renovated? I also can't find their parking rates listed anywhere, I will have to call ahead.

Awesome deal for this quite well-located property off Michigan Ave. This was previously the Fitzpatrick, then Affinia bought and renovated it probably 4 years ago. I don't remember when it was a 3*, but maybe it was during renovations if things (restaurant/etc) were closed? Overall, this is certainly one of the best 4* possibilities in the zone.
