bono1 Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 hi I will be in Shanghai from June 27 to July 3, 2010. looking for a hotel, Hopefully 5* or 4* but want to be in the Huangpu or Puduong district.Max i want to spend is $40 to $50 USD per night. The higher star hotel the better.Does anyone have any recommendations on bidding through priceline? Has anyone had a successful bid in Shanghai in those areas?
thereuare Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 If you enter "Shanghai" (without the quotes) in the QUICK SEARCH box at the top of the board you'll see all related wins in this area. As well, you can look in the Priceline Hotel List to see hotels reported in each zone.I'm doubtful $50 will be enough for a 5*, but if you want to try that first, you can proceed as follows:Select 5* Pudong...Bid $45, if rejected close browser and use our link to re-access PRICELINE...Select 5* Huangpu...Bid $45, if rejected add Huangpu...Bid $50Any questions feel free to ask. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Good luck and let us know how it goes. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
