in the description it says Stroll the 1920s district, play golf at the Diplomat or bet on horse and dog racing. does this mean that it is the diplomat resort. thank you

how can they write, "golfing at the diplomat" if it is a private golf course and not available to customers of the crowne plaza. thanks
