I booked a room for a 4* in Downtown Cleveland on 1/12/2010. I was given the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade.

The 4* would be a likely match for the Hyatt, while my guess for the 3.5* would be the Doubletree.

We were able to get The Hyatt Regency at the Cleveland Arcade for $54 from 1-22-10 through 1-24-10 via Hotwire. The hotel itself is really nice, very modern rooms and cool to be in the Arcade. On the downside, the parking is slightly expensive and there are not a lot of amenities. For our purpose, the room was a great deal! Thanks for your help! :)
