This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. It may be the St James downgraded from 4* to 3.5*, but it could also be something else, as well. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance with this listing.

Do you need to be in this zone for this stay, as it seems there are similarly priced 3.5* hotels, as well as some higher rated for a similar price, that are more centrally located for the average visitor than this zone.

Wanted to provide update on this, did not go on this trip.

Were looking for a hotel near convention center because we were looking into cruises out of New Orleans, so wanted to stay near the cruise ship terminal. Did not go on the cruise.
