Started at $60 for 3 1/2* Historic District. Added Gateway, $62 and 3* and was rejected. Added West, $66, also rejected. Added North and raised to $70 and was accepted at this hotel. There does not appear to be any additional parking fee and it includes a hot breakfast buffet.

I am very pleased.
