Hotwire Hotel: need help with 3 * hotel in Santo Domingo

I recently decided to make a last minute trip SOMEWHERE in the Caribbean and this hotel caught my eye because the price is only $122 a night - all inclusive. the amenities are:

Like i said I am a little last minute so I searched for Jan 21st - 26th ... I am pretty good at figuring these hotels out when they are in the states but not as much when they are out of the country. Any help is greatly appreciated!

This property has not yet been reported to the board or identified. Not sure what your needs are for this trip, but i'll mention that food at even the best all-inclusive properties leaves something to be desired, so i wouldn't expect too much for this 3* all-inclusive, imo.

Thanks! I appreciate the input. I've relocated my searches elsewhere anyway and decided to look more into Puerto Rico ... any thoughts on this 4* hotel in San Juan for $122/night
