The Radisson has previously been reported to the board with this amenity combination but at the 3.5* level (it was a 3* at one time). Given the 4.5 TA rating, and this matching the current rating of the Radisson, i'm going to guess that this property has been downgraded to the 3* level once again, and that would be my best guess for the property above.
