This hotel looks like the Hyatt Place Old Town.

Is this correct?

The Hyatt Place Old Town has previously been reported with this amenity combination, except for the Smoke Free icon. Given that this property is Smoke Free, and the last time this property was reported to the board thru HOTWIRE was about 9 months ago, i'm going to guess that this is the Hyatt Place with the addition of a 'new' Smoke Free icon... so that would be my best guess too.
