This property has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. My guess, given the pool and tripadvisor rating, would be that the Bohemian may be a possibility. That's just a guess though, and this could be a different property.

It also had tennis nearby. Nothing other than that is on the extra listing.

I'm going to guess that this is a new amenity combination for the Avia Savannah (which was last reported to the board thru HOTWIRE 6 months ago... so the amenities certainly could have changed since then)

The Avia was previously reported to the board with: Boutique, Restaraunt, Business icons, but the hotel does also have a Pool, Fitness Center, and is Smoke Free. Given the 4.5/5.0 shown by HOTWIRE matching the current TA info for this property, my guess is that this is the Avia (and even if wrong, the hotel has a great user review rating)
