i am stalking that one myself. maybe we can put our heads together. i noticed that there are 2 very important parts of this which is that a. it's a suite and b. it's beachfront AND oceanfront; oceanfront being that the rooms may be up right against the water, or that the hotel itself is on a cliff.

anyone have any ideas?

yeah im not exactly sure how a property can be on the beach and not on the beach at the same time......if you read the descriptions of both, thats basically what it says
