amenities are: fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center, laundry, high-speed internet. any ideas? there's only one hotel listed under central jersey, the 3* staybridge suites - not coming up when I request a room for 4 ppl. your thoughts appreciated - thanks!

it's come up when I use "cranbury, nj" or "hightstown, nj." i'm looking for a hotel convenient to 95 to stop for the night ... either of those towns work fine, and the "central jersey" area looks like it's right there.

The property above has not yet been identified or reported to the board, but if i were to take a guess, i think the Crowne Plaza Monroe/Jamesburg is among the likely candidates.

your guess was right - the 3.5* central jersey hotel was the crowne plaza monroe/jamesburg. bought the room through the HOTWIRE link above. $67 - total $82 w/fees. thanks again - love your site.

This hotel should work well for your needs as it's located immediately upon exiting the NJ Turnpike/I-95, so perfect for an overnite enroute. However, there is not much in the immediate area (restaurants are a good 10+ minute drive away) so at least be prepared for that... although i presume the Crowne Plaza should have a restaurant, and i believe the Courtyard across the street has a cafe/restaurant open for breakfast and dinner.
