Hotwire Hotel: Need help 3* SF (Fisherman's wharf)

I have made 2 searches using either 2 adults and 1 child and then 2 adults and 2 children (we have only 1 child so both wouldbe good for us). Amenities and prices are slightly different but based on the results, it seems either the Radisson or the Holiday Inn. Since we would prefer the Holiday Inn, would you think that one of them could more likely be the Holiday Inn instead of the Radisson? Searches were:

1) Dates: May 9 to May 12

2 adults, 1 child

$82

Amenities : Fitness Center, Pool, High-speed internet

2) Dates: May 9 to May 12

2 adults, 2 children

$86

Amenities : Fitness Center, High-speed internet

There have not been any reports to the board of a 3* hotel in this area with just a Fitness and Internet icons showing, so no telling if that hotel is the Holiday Inn, Radisson, or some other property.

The 2adult/1child property matches previous reports for both the Holiday Inn and the Radisson and without any additional clues given by HOTWIRE, there is no way to determine which one you are most likely be offered.

If I look at the same dates, I also found a 3.5 * for about the same price. Any idea what this could be ? Details are:

3.5 * Fisherman's Wharf

Dates: May 9 to May 12

2 adults, 1 child

$89

Amenities : Smoke-free, Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, High-speed internet

My guess for the 3.5* would be the Sheraton with the addition of a 'new' Smoke Free icon... it's been reported with the amenities above before, but without the Smoke Free icon, but the hotel is indeed Smoke Free, so that would be my best guess for this one.

I did it, It was the Sheraton for Jan 26 to Jan 31

Just to close the loop, we have booked the Holiday Inn Express directly with the hotel.
