A 4* propert with this amenity combination has not yet been reported to the board, but if i were to take a guess, i think the Hyatt Regency Arcade may have been upgraded back to the 4* level... it was previously seen with this amenity combination and the TA information is consistent with this property as well. Should it be something different, at least you have the 'safety' of knowing it's a 4.0/5.0 Tripadvisor user rated hotel, which is pretty good.
