With so few amenities it's a hard to say with too high of a degree of confidence, but the Summerfield Suites Lincoln Park has previous been seen with this amenity combination so that would be my best guess.

I just searched further and my confidence has increased a little based upon the following: If you change your search to 4adults a 'new' 3* hotel appears in this zone with Suite, Smoke Free, Breakfast, Fitness, Pool, Business, Laundry, Kitchenette. This is another amenity combination used by the Summerfield Suites, so i'm guessing this is the same property as offered above. Since this amenity combination has more amenities, and they are more unique than the 2adult/0children search, you may want to consider purchasing as 4adults if you'd like a bit more confidence (although on my search the price went up $2/nite when searching for 4adults, so it's up to you how you'd like to play it)
