My first bid of $19/night was accepted by using PRICELINE List price through priceline for the same dates is $147/night. Probably a $10/night resort fee applies which will be collected when I arrive at the hotel.

quigleymax2 ... this is amazing ... $19 may be the lowest win for a 3 star ever without any bonus money added etc.

Do you remember what star level you bid for?

(I wonder if Priceline has lowered the minimum required bid prices for each star level?)

Was the price $19 or $29? The fee recap shows $19 but the topic line says $29.

OP mentioned a $10 resort fee, but I don't see anything about bonus money. When I've used bonus money in the past it was mentioned in the fee recap. Recap would say something like "$19 bid + $10 bonus = $29 total bid".

I just saw another unusually amazing deal ..... was looking up cars for a friend ... Hotwire had a midsize listed for only $3.95 a day :) .... SFO for Saturday, Jan 9th for one day rental ... later the price went up to $4.95 and then $5.95.

Still an amazing deal.
