This would be a possible match for the GR Solaris.

If you search for 2, then the reservation will be for two. In terms of other fees, optional services (such as internet) may be an extra charge. If the HOTWIRE listing is in fact the GR Solaris, there may be resort fees, but I'm not seeing any listing of resort fees when researching this property online.

I looked up the GR Solaris on Trip Advisor and it sounds pretty bad...Rena

We can't see the hotel name either, so there is no way to know "for sure", but this matches previous reports for the GR Solaris so I agree with AaronJB's best guess above.
