This property has not yet been reported to the board. The Prince Kuhio was last reported in this zone as a 4* property but with more amenities above, however, i'd venture a guess that the hotel above is 'hiding' some of its amenities (a 4* hotel without a Restaurant is possible but not typical) and if so, the Prince Kuhio would be fair game for the property above.
