Priceline Hotel: San Pedro LA - need help please

I've been trying to get the Crowne Plaza in San Pedro. I have put in my bids on Priceline and I get rejected. Fair enough; I'm happy to try again.

I'd like to include another area to see if that helps my chances, but I don't know which other area to add in. I don't want to get stuck somewhere far from the cruise port and if at all possible want to get the Crowne.

Can anyone give me some guidance?
