We spent a week at the Hyatt Place Coconut Point won through Priceline at a rate of $46 per night. The hotel is new, and in true Hyatt form a welcoming and comfortable place to spend an extended stay whether for business or pleasure. The room was a king suite with a very large flatscreen tv, microwave, frig and bar sink, with a very large L-shape sofa. If you have stayed at Hyatt Place, they are all basically the same, which we like! The desk has plenty of outlets for computer, chargers and free WIFI. There was a business center off the lobby with a printer which I used and was very convenient. We did use the pool and hot tub which were immaculate. On most evenings we had them entirely to ourselves. The breakfast area was clean and had several choices, including bagles, toast, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurts and juices. Items were always available regardless of the time we came down. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located right next to a fabulous shopping center with many restaurants and shops.
