Romanroxie Posted January 1, 2010 Report Posted January 1, 2010 Whew! Searching for a hotel in the San Diego area can be quite exhausting! Was trying to locate a decent hotel with low or free parking (and ironically end up with the one with the MOST EXPENSIVE parking..$32!) :) No worries, I have read that there are parking garages nearby for $12 a day...or just figure the money I saved on the hotel and think of it like $93 a night if I park on-site. Using PRICELINE is pretty fun! I can't wait to use it again for my next hotel!Using the hotel listing here on this site and checking the reviews and photos on Trip Advisor have been extremely helpful.1st attempt: 3.5 Mission Valley - $60--REJECTED!2nd attempt: added 4* Downtown/Harbor Island $61 - ACCEPTED!!!
