That post said "phoenix" in the subject as opposed to North Phoenix. The point in here is to be specific so I was.

I'm not 100% certain which post you're referring to, but "North Scottsdale" is the zone which is located in the "Phoenix" region, which is why listings in this area are listed as: Phoenix (North Scottsdale)... if that clarifies things a bit.
