2.5* Brooklyn - Holiday Inn Express Brooklyn Downtown-Butler Street -$77 plus tax 3rd Dec 09 - 1 night

We decided to stay in Philly longer because of the high NY rates that weekend and I just drove up for one night to attend an event.

After no's several times for higher and often much higher bids all over the city and specifically Brooklyn for several days, including about $30 higher for Brooklyn an hour prior, I finally got that the same day bidding it along with adding Long Island City to pretty much all the NY City areas at that point,, and it worked out really well, a short walk to my event, room was very clean/fresh if a bit small, with free internet, free Breakfast and staff friendly,
