My guess would be the Sheraton Hotel and Towers. Personally, the Sheraton isn't my favorite of the 4*'s in the zone, although it's in a great location. It's not terrible, just simply a very average convention-oriented property. I'd recommend trying to bid for a 4* in the River North/NMA area on PRICELINE for $60 - you may get a different 4* (the other 4*'s in the zone are good-to-great) or you may still get the Sheraton, but at least if you got the Sheraton, you'd get it for less.
