I already have 4 day rate for 200$ for the period with budget and 240$ with avis with codes. HOTWIRE shows with 71$ /day for the time period.

Can you suggest any PRICELINE bid I can try to get lower than this.Or I have quite lower?

One more thing,can car picked up or dropped at desired time through HOTWIRE or PRICELINE.

As you're seeing, this is a very expensive rental period all over Florida, and as such, we're not seeing very many deeply discounted car rentals for this timeframe.

Is your $200 price above the rate per day or the 'all-in' price (including taxes and fees)

To beat your $200 'all-in' you'll have to have a bid accepted at about $35 or less, which i doubt is likely.

Given your rental commences in 3 days, you probably only have 2 bidding opportunities, so i'd try $30 and then 24 hours later try $35.
