Hotwire Hotel: 3* Orlando (Disney Main Gate-Celebration) Baymont Inn Celebration

Hi All,

New to this forum. I just booked my first discounted hotel stay and would like to share.

1. I used the link here to access HOTWIRE.

2. I booked a 3-star at $29 per night for Jan 7, 8, and 9 for one room with 4 adults.

3. Ammenities listed were: non-smoking, fitness, pool, business, laundry, internet, (in that order).

4. The name of the hotel is the Baymont Inn and Suites Celebration.

I called the hotel and asked if they accepted debit cards, (hotwire warns that some will not accept debit cards, only credit cards), and the DO accept debit cards :) . I also asked what their resort fee was, and it is $5.09 per night. :)

I did not find this same deal when I searched using 1 room and 2 adults, only when i searched 1 or 2 rooms with 4 adults. I know there is a trick in here somewhere that I may have accidentally stumled upon. So i would in the future try multiple search criteria.

I think I did pretty good. I got a room for $34.09 per night. We are traveling down for the Disney marathon, and my running partner booked at Holiday Inn Express (2.5*) on Palm Pkwy using her AAA discount and best haggling and got their rooms for $93 per night. I'm going to see if they can get a refund and book through this site.
