Booked the Intercontinental for four nights and needed to extend stay for a fifth night on the day of scheduled departure. Hotwire does not offer such an option... but I did book again with the same amenities, price, star rating, location and got the same property. The hotel helped with this and allowed us to remain in the same room. The hotel also accommodated us well with a high floor-corner room with an excellent view of Michigan Ave.
