Priceline Hotel: 3* Phoenix (Tempe) Courtyard Downtown

I'm new to this board so I'm just going through my past HOTWIRE / PRICELINE stays and posting them:

On 11/25/08 I bid $51 on a 3* for 3 nights in the Tempe/ASU area from 1/10/09 - 1/12/09 and got Courtyard By Marriott Tempe Downtown. The hotel was great. Newer, very clean. They gave me a very nice room room with a small balcony. The pool/jacuzzi area is nice too. The hotel is within walking distance of ASU and the nightlife that surrounds it. The one downfall was the train that goes buy at about 4am - it's pretty loud (must be a freight train).
