Hotwire Hotel: help ID 2.5* hotel in Central South Beach

Please help to identify this one.

I am trying to get a hotel near south beach and see this as a good price, but don't know whether this is a decent one. I saw lots of horrible reviews on some 2* hotels on south beach.

This property has not yet been reported to the board or identified. The 3.5/5.0 does give a ray of hope for this property, but generally i'd be somewhat cautious of a 2.5* rated property in this area, for as you point out, many of the lower rated hotels have very disappointing reviews. I still wouldn't expect too much from this offering in terms of luxury, but perhaps it is one of the better lower rated properties, or at least a decent value considering the area.

You may want to consider seeing if this property appears for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'... if you're happy with the hotel purchase the balance of your stay; if not, make alternate plans for the remaining nite of your trip.
