Unfortunately, the 2.5* Miami Beach has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but my guess for the 2.5* CS Beach would be the Chelsea.

I am looking for a decent hotel in and ard South Beach Area in Miami (including miami beach) .... not too fussy abt start level ... anything decently good will do..... need help in bidding at priceline ..... The travel dates are 12/27 - 12/31 .....

What price and star level should I bid at ...... Dont want to spend a whole lot ... max would be ard 100$ but obv lower the better :)

[PS] Does any1 know the effect of recent flood in miami, has it affected the key areas like miami beach and all ???

This area has a LOT of independently owned properties, and as such, i would tend to stick with the higher rated hotels (ideally 3.5* or higher), since the quality/service levels of the independently owned properties can very greatly. However, $100 doesn't go too far in South Beach so you may either have to take a chance or increase your budget a bit.
