Priceline Hotel: 3.5* DC (Dupont Circle-Woodley Park) Marriott Wardman Park

I first selected 4* for 70 dollar bid in Dupont Circle, Georgetown, Capitol Hill, and Downtown. I got denied

Then I selected 3* for the same price and won getting Washington Marriott Wardman Park.

The reviews look good other than they cater to business people and we're staying there for leisure.

I'll update again when we come back.
