Unfortunately this porperty has not yet been reported to the board.

If i were to take a guess, the Shorebreak hotel seems to be a very good fit and that would be my best guess.

That would be my guess as well, but it says 4.8 miles to John Wayne Airport/Orange County Airport (SNA

which would not be a match for the Shorebreak.

The tripadvisor rating would be a match for the shorebreak and not for the hyatt

The distances are from the center of the zone... not from the specific hotel offered. If you go to HOTWIRE and look at other listings (at other star levels) in this zone, you'll find the same distances listed for the other hotels as well.
