At Priceline, I tried 3* for $38 at LAX for 3 nights starting 12/21/09

but got counter-offer for +$11

Bid 3* for $42 at LAX and Santa Monica

and got accepted

I wonder why this is a 3* ( was 2.5 star a few days ago from another post )
