Hotwire Hotel: 4* (Inner harbor-Downtown) ID and help needed

I found a hotel deal on HOTWIRE for a 4* hotel. I cannot ID it could anyone help me?

Amenities: Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-speed internet access

Also, would it be a good idea to attempt bidding $15 lower on a 4* hotel on PRICELINE?

The dates for the trip are 1/22/10-1/25/10

The room would be for 2 adults.

Both the Hyatt and Intercontinental have been reported with this amenity set, so it could be either/or. Given how low the price is already, bidding $15 less seems reasonable. If you want to try a lowball offer, you could try $50 flat bid for a 4* in Downtown-Baltimore.
