Thanks to everyone for help on my previous post. I come to you with another question.

I would like a hotel in NYC at 3.5* or above at a starting rate of $75 not to exceed $100. In the following zones "Chelsea Area, Downtown-SoHo-Financial District, Empire State Building Area, Madison Square Garden - Convention Area, Midtown East, Midtown West, Times Square - Theatre District"

Question #1: What are my chances at the $75/night rate?

Question #2: What strategy could I use?
