jet2bmw Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 Got this for $99. But here's what's interesting that happened.I was poking around HOTWIRE yesterday, found the hotel that matched the Hilton amenities in the hotel list for $99 and was thinking about it. Got caught up with a few other things and decided to come back today to buy it.Today, there's a 4* for $99 showing, but it had far fewer amenities (actually matched the Sheraton). Since the Sheraton is right on the CDG premises, thought this was really good, bought it, and it gave me the Hilton! Not disappointed since this is what I wanted initially. And technically since the Hilton has more amenities than what was promised, HOTWIRE isn't doing anything "wrong" here.Has anyone seen this tactic before?
