So the amenities for the 4* restaurant are:

RESORT, BEACHFRONT, FITNESS, POOL, RESTAURANT, BUSINESS, LAUNDRY, GOLF, KITCHENETTE, SPA

also, I made a mistake for the 4.5* hotel. It's priced at $84 per night.

The 4.5* property matches previous reports for the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach so that would be my best guess for that one. The 4* property has not yet been reported to the board or identified.
