I'm sorry to say that a 3.5* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board. But a distant guess would be one of the Holiday Inn's with a diffrent amenitie combo.

But the 3*, $54 W/Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet is a match for the previous reported Sheraton Suites Plantation.

the Sheraton looks very nice , but the laundry facility makes me doubt as the Sheraton doesn't advertise about it

With that tripadvisor rating I think this is the Crowne Plaza at Sunrise just in front of the Sawgrass Mall.

No, you missunderstand my post. The Sheraton Suites Plantation is rated 3*. I didn't mean that the 3.5* IS the Sheraton Suites Plantation. I listed this an option since i can't get an positive ID for the 3.5*.
