Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* - NY Times Square 12/11-12/15

I'm going to NY 12/11-12/15 and would like to stay in Times Square. Hotwire has a 3.5* Hotel in Times Square with the following amenities:

Boutique Hotel

Smoke-Free Rooms

Restaurant

Business Center

High-Speed Internet Access

It is priced at $256/night. Can anyone identify this hotel? Is this a good deal?

I'm guessing this may be the Stay Hotel, downgraded from 4* to 3.5*. If so, the hotel is $269 on Orbitz.com, and coupon code WELCOME10 takes 10% off that price.

I would rather recommend the 4* showing in TS for these dates for $269 (boutique, restaurant, fitness, internet, which would appear to be the Mela) or the 3.5* in nearby Midtown Central (Boutique, Restaurant, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Spa, which would appear to be the Dream) for $234.

Thanks for your help. I did not make the HOTWIRE purchase. I decided to stay at the Marriott Marquis where the conference I'm attending is being held.
