I just came across this site on TripAdvisor. Great concept!

I'm heading to Vegas 2/5/10 - 2/8/10. Can you please help me identify the following hotel:

4 Star Central Strip: $109, Amenities: Casino, Fitness Center, Pool(s) ,Restaurant(s) ,Business Center, Golf Nearby, Spa Services.

Also says "this hotel typically charges all guests a resort fee regardless of how the room is booked. The hotel collects this fee of about $25 per room per night directly from you, so it won't show in your Hotwire
