Priceline Hotel: 3.5*-4* Burbank area 12/22-12/25 - what's wrong?

Hi everyone,

I am a betterbidding.com newbie, and would like to get your input. I am trying to bid on three nights around Burbank area, and decided to give it a shot after seeing another user bid successfully in the same area, stars and similar dates (The poster bid on Dec.24-27 and won the Hilton Los Angeles North for $55). This is a history of my unsuccessful bids so far.

Can someone please let me know how I should bid? I didn't think the slightly difference in dates would make THAT big of a difference...much appreciated! :)

Different dates (even if some overlap) can certainly make a difference, although in an area like this, it won't make as much of a difference as in some other areas (such as NYC, where there can be major variations in price between dates.)

What would be your max bid per night?
