The 2* has not yet been ID'd/reported to the site. It may be the Oxbridge apartments, but that is just about the same price, so not much of a deal.

3.5* MTE = likely Millennium UN

3.5* MTC = possibly the Novotel or Hudson

I'd also strongly suggest the Beekman Tower for 50% off on Orbitz - $144 for a Studio Suite and coupon code 10NOV gets an extra $10 off per night. This is a well-reviewed property in MTE and while it is rather far East in the MTE area, it's still pretty easy to get around and this is an outstanding deal for this property - especially with the extra $10 off per night.
