The next bid I tried Midtown East and U$ 125 and I got as follow:

The Roosevelt Hotel New York (3,5*). U$ 125

I think it was a good deal.

This is a very, very good deal for this property this far in advance, but I think if Spring hotel traffic in NYC is high, this may seem like an even better deal closer to the date.
