Priceline Hotel: 4* TS 1/29-1/31

Hi. I'm looking for a bidding strategy for 1/29-1/31. I'm interested in a 4* is the TS/TD zone. I'd love to land at the Michelangelo (not positive it is a 4*) but know I can't control which place we end up at. Is there anywhere to see what hotels are part of 4* in the TS/TD zone?

Anyway, can you provide a suggested bidding strategy. I'd prefer not to spend more than $300/night, but would love to get that a lot lower if possible.

The Michelangelo has never been reported to the board as a PRICELINE or HOTWIRE win. Are you interested in only the TS zone? Opening up to other nearby zones (MTW) may increase your possibilities.

Staying under $300 for January should not be an issue at all. HOTWIRE has a 4* in the Times Square area (amenities: fitness, business, restaurant, internet) for $173 (the price you see may vary slightly), which is likely the Crowne Plaza TS. There are also 4*'s in other areas of the city for a bit less, including a 4* in Midtown Central for $159.
